Nitin Jain: Founder
Bindaaz Properties is a brainchild of Nitin Jain. An MBA
from the Indian School of Business in areas of Marketing and
Finance, he wass the President of the Entrepreneurship and Venture
Capital Club at ISB where he initiated programs and competitions
to help aspiring entrepreneurs realize their desire of setting
up ventures.
Prior to his MBA Nitin was with General Electric Industrial Systems.
Saurabh Shah
Saurabh Shah is a commerce graduate from St Xaviers’ College (Calcutta) and did his Chartered Accountancy (2003) from Kolkata. He started his career as a finance executive in Indian Aluminium Company (Indal, now a part of AV Birla Group) before going for an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad (Class of 2005) .
During his MBA in ISB, Saurabh did extensive research on real estate in India and drew up a business plan for Real Estate Funds in India. Saurabh was extensively involved in the set up of bindaazproperties. Presently, he is looking after the business development of bindaaz.
